Edit for last post: Turns out, as a 17yo you are allowed to waffle - she isn't quitting, just part-timing it for the summer as of today. Which means chef gets to look for someone reliable, while keeping me towards the daytime hours (who hooo!)
Today was all fun in the bakery - bread, souffles, chess pies, shortdough tarts and ice cream bases!

Came home and closed out the event for Tarheel Sports Car club - so if you want to register online for Laurinburg, you're too late peeps!
Kel is somewhere in Raleigh/Cary from what I understand. He was home last night to work on his house - which sounds like it is coming along. Something about staining and painting and a fence.
I'm excited for the shower this weekend and for the event on Sunday.
Not so excited about looking for health insurance. Cobra sucks.
